Steve Moss started tattooing in August 1991. Steve worked around Melbourne for a few years with various artists and then started Eternal Art in 1997. Steve started his first studio in Thomastown, Victoria and worked in this location for 8 years and then moved to Sunbury 3 years ago. Since moving to Sunbury Steve's business has doubled in size.
